Start your evening off with a decadent Bouillabaisse Station, where you’ll savor the flavors of a rich seafood soup made with fresh fish, shellfish, and vegetables. Indulge in Foie-Gras and scallops, Oysters, and a Mix Grill that includes all your favorite meats. And of course, no New Year’s Eve celebration is complete without a seafood station featuring succulent lobster. As you enjoy your meal, you’ll find New Year crackers on the tables with fun and festive surprises inside. And to keep the party going all night long, we’ll have live entertainment to get you on your feet and dancing.
